Martin Luther King, Jr. State Holiday Commission Hosts 6th Annual Black History Month Celebration of Diversity at West Virginia State University

The Martin Luther King, Jr. State Holiday Commission will host its 6th Annual Celebration of Diversity on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Wilson University Union at West Virginia State University in Institute.  

The primary focus of this event is to showcase the artwork of the K-12 students in WV and honor the awardees of the MLK poster contest.  Following this event, all artwork will be on display at the WV Museum of Culture and History in Charleston during the month of February.

There will be greetings from First Lady Cathy Justice and the keynote speaker will be Dr. Anthony Jenkins, President, WVSU. 

A reception will follow immediately.
