Julie Palas, J.D.

Julie’s diverse interests played integral roles in her professional life and personal activities, including legal, investigative, government, non-profit, and grant administration; human and civil rights activist and cultural competence educator; special projects and events planner; and lifelong visual artist.  After law school Julie moved to Charleston, WV, working for the State for the last 21 years, and is now Director of the James “Tiger” Morton Catastrophic Illness Commission.
