Dr. Carolyn Stuart, Executive Director of The Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs, invites you to attend the Eastern Panhandle Region Listening Tour Forum at the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia on August 8 at 6:00pm – 8:00pm. The forum is open to the public, and your local elected officials have been invited to attend. This is the first of four statewide regional forums providing an opportunity to raise awareness of local issues affecting minorities.
