Dr. Carolyn Stuart, Executive Director of The Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs within the Office of the Governor invites you to attend the South Central Region Listening Tour Forum. The forum provides an opportunity for minorities to voice their concerns about issues they are facing in their communities. The Listening Tour Forum will be held from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Montgomery City Hall located on 706 3rd Ave., Montgomery, WV. Local elected officials and community leaders have been invited to attend. Please join us and let your voice be heard. The forum is free and open to the public.
