A lecture entitled "Black History in the Military" presented by Dr. Charles T. Ledbetter, current Archives and History Commissioner, former WVSU professor and former vice chair of the Archives and History Commission. This program is free and open to the public. A heavy hors d'oeuvres reception will immediately follow. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol at this event. You must present a valid ID. No exceptions!
