There will be four activities that will make up the day's celebration. 10:30 am- Ecumenical Service will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church (Free and Open to the Public). 12:30 pm- Bell-Ringing Ceremony- North Steps of Capitol (Free and Open to the public). 1:00 pm- Awards Ceremony-(By Invitation) Culture Center Great Hall. 3:00 pm Concert-(Free and Open to the Public) will be held in the Culture Center's Theater.
