The Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs (HHOMA) invites talented West Virginians to apply to perform in the upcoming Juneteenth Celebration by submitting an unlisted YouTube video. The 2024 Juneteenth Celebration is scheduled for Saturday June 15, from 4p.m - 9 p.m. at the Kanawha Boulevard Lawn of the WV State Capitol Complex. Performance applications will be accepted through May 26. Those selected will be notified by June 2.
