"The March" programming on WV Public Broadcasting. WV Public Radio and WV PBS plan special programs commemorating significant anniversary. On Wednesday, August 28, West Virginia Public Radio will air two hours of specially selected music by African American composers and performers beginning at 11 a.m. and hosted by Frank Stowers. At 1:00 p.m. West Virginia Public Radio will air live special coverage of the anniversary celebration from the National Mall in Washington, culminating in President Obama’s speech from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial at 3:00 p.m.
