Dr. Carolyn Stuart, Executive Director of The Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs within the Office of the Governor invites you to attend the Listening Tour Forum. The Forum provides an opportunity for minorities to voice their concerns about issues they are facing in their communities. The Southern Region Listening Tour Forum will be held from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the McDowell Public Library located at 90 Howard Street Welch, WV. Local elected officials and community leaders have been invited to attend. Please join us and let your voice be heard. The forum is free and open to the public.
